2018

Founded

Teknik Part started operations in Sancaktepe, Istanbul as a supplier of spare parts for injection molding machines.

2020

First Distributorships

We took on the Turkish distributorship of leading European brands in mold clamping and material handling.

2022

Portfolio Expansion

Adding cooling, drying and hot runner control systems to our portfolio, we became a full-line solution partner.

2024

Digital Transformation

What we do

Teknik Part is an engineering company supplying machinery and auxiliary equipment to the plastics processing industry. Our range covers the whole production line — from injection molding machines to material conveying, drying, dosing, mold temperature control, hot runner control and mold clamping systems.

Every brand we represent is a European manufacturer specialised in its own field. Our job does not end when the right equipment is found: commissioning, operator training, spare parts supply and on-site support are part of the same responsibility.

Why a line should be treated as a whole

What we see most often in the field is this: the investment goes into the machine, and the auxiliary equipment is left for later. Yet damp material will produce defective parts even on the best machine; if the dosing ratio drifts, color will not hold; if mold temperature is uncontrolled, parts will warp. When one link in the chain is weak, the investment does not pay back.

That is why, at the project stage, we look at the entire line rather than the machine alone: how the material will be conveyed, which dryer is required, how dosing will be set up, how the mold will be clamped.
