Blue Air Systems

Blue Air Systems GmbH is a plastics technology company founded in 2010 in Kundl, in the Tyrol region of Austria. Its team has more than 25 years of experience in the plastics industry. Its field of expertise is climate technology: systems that produce extremely dry, dehumidified and extremely cold air for energy-efficient production in plastics processing.

Blue Air products fall into three families:

• Material drying: compressed air dryers that use the plant's

compressed air and require no regeneration — RDM Micro, RDX and RDL.

• Mold dehumidification: DMS mold dehumidification systems that prevent

condensation on a cold mold without using cooling water, the central DMS Module and the sterile DMSterile.

• Blow-molded product cooling: CAC and BMB units that cool the blown

product from the inside with chilled compressed air.

Alongside high-quality applications, the company develops safe, easy-to-use plug-and-play solutions, aiming to minimize energy consumption and service intervals. Sales and service centers around the world provide customer support on site.

Teknik Part is Blue Air Systems' partner in Turkey; it provides selection, sales and service support for Blue Air systems, above all DMS, CAC and RDX.
