With bolted clamping, a mold change can take hours, and the tightening torque varies from operator to operator. Quick clamping systems cut this time down to minutes; in plants with small batches and frequent mold changes the investment pays back quickly.

The [Pressmag](/en/category/pressmag-fp-magnetic-clamping) series covers the magnetic side: FP offers a waterproof contact surface and continuous force monitoring, LP replaceable poles, and SP a temperature capability of 150 °C.

Transport and storage solutions move the mold at floor level and under control instead of by crane: UniTrans mold carriers, heavy-load transporters, drawer-type storage racks and battery-driven tractors.
Maintenance solutions make opening and turning the mold safe — inspection tables, inspection units with light curtains, an electric mold turner and a mold splitter. Because this equipment ensures that maintenance is not postponed, it also indirectly extends mold life.
