In plastic injection molding, the machine is not the only thing that determines part quality. Before the material reaches the machine it is conveyed, dried and dosed; the mold is temperature-controlled, the hot runner is controlled and the mold is clamped to the machine. If one of these links is weak, even the best machine produces faulty parts. Our product range covers this entire chain.
The most common mistake in equipment selection is sizing capacity not to today's need but to an estimated growth. An oversized machine permanently raises both the investment and the energy cost; an oversized dryer keeps the material waiting until it degrades. The right approach is to measure current production and leave a reasonable safety margin.
If you want to calculate with your own values, on the plastic injection molding calculators page you can calculate tonnage, screw capacity, plasticizing, cooling time and cost per part. For product selection and line planning, you can contact our technical support team.
