An injection molding machine or an auxiliary unit does not create value on the day it is installed, but over the years it runs without trouble. That is why we treat service not as an add-on to the sale but as the work itself: from consulting during selection through commissioning, spare parts supply and process support.
The cost of the wrong equipment exceeds its purchase price. Oversized clamping force raises energy consumption permanently; the wrong type of dryer will not remove moisture from a hygroscopic material; an undersized vacuum source cannot feed the machine at the far end of the line. During selection we assess part geometry, material, target cycle time and plant layout together.
Installation is more than putting the machine in place. Electrical and utility connections, integration of auxiliary equipment, a trial run with the first mold and operator training are all part of the process. A properly commissioned machine prevents most of the downtime that would otherwise occur in the first months.
