It is the basic method for eliminating weld lines on large parts. The Plus version additionally provides end position monitoring, solenoid valve monitoring and alarms.
[DMS cavity pressure measurement](/en/category/in-mold-cavity-pressure-measurement), on the other hand, measures the real pressure inside the mold. The pressure on the machine screen does not show what happens inside the mold; gate wear, viscosity differences and mold temperature become visible here. The system can separate good and bad parts automatically.
Mold connection cables (heater, thermocouple, combined, Stäubli multi-coupling) and hot runner accessories — RFID mold reader, mold documentation software, alarm lamp, equipment cart — complete the range.
The RFID reader completely eliminates manual entry of parameters during a mold change: the reader is held to the mold and the controller loads the data set automatically.
