Product Description and Technical Details

The needle valve control system (NVS) is a compact add-on device that works integrated with the VARIO, fitron TP or JETmaster TP series hot runner control units.

With a 24V DC control mechanism it provides needle valve control with 4 to 32 channels. Offering flexible visualization, the system is managed easily through the existing hot runner control units.

In the NVS Plus version, end position checking (solenoid valve monitoring and alarm notification) is offered in addition.
