VICTOR Series

The VICTOR series is built around high injection speed and aims at short cycles. From the drop-down list on this page you can reach all the models between 350 and 850 Tons.

What sets the series apart

VICTOR's standout value is its injection speed; on the 350 and 450 ton models it reaches the 200 mm/s band. High speed lets the melt fill the mold before solidification begins — that is what is decisive on parts with thin sections and long flow paths. The system pressure is around 21 MPa and the screw speed can be adjusted over a wide range.

Who is it suitable for

Packaging, household goods and technical part production where a short cycle comes first. If you are looking for a more economical solution at the same tonnage the SV series, and for thin-wall packaging the more specialized DFS series, should be considered.

Choosing a model in this series

With VICTOR, injection speed is a selection criterion as much as tonnage. While the 350 and 450 ton models work in the 200 mm/s band, speed drops somewhat at the higher tonnages and mechanical stability comes to the fore. If your part needs speed, staying with the lower tonnages can mean not compromising on speed. For the tonnage calculation you can use the calculation tools.

Machine speed alone does not determine the cycle time; cooling takes up more than half of the cycle. Without improving the mold temperature and the cooling channel design, the gain expected from machine speed stays limited — the subject is covered in the cycle time guide.
