MOVAC Easy

MOVAC Easy-2 is the entry model of the independently working hopper loaders. From the drop-down list you can reach the whole series from Easy-2 to Easy-25.

When an independent loader is right

This series works with its own motor; it requires no central vacuum source, line or distribution infrastructure. The loader is placed on top of the machine, its hose is dipped into the material container and it starts working. It is the most practical solution in small plants, on one or a few machines, and in the stage before moving to a central system.

With a single phase power consumption of 0.02 kW it is not demanding in terms of electrical infrastructure either.

Choosing a model

The capacity is determined by the hourly consumption of the machine; the Easy-2 works in a band of about 30 kg/h. The suction distance and the position of the material container also have to be taken into account — on long and steep routes the drawing capacity falls.

Where its limit begins

As the number of machines grows, a separate motor, a separate source of noise and a separate filter to maintain pile up at every machine. As the number of filters multiplies, maintenance begins to be neglected. Beyond that point, moving to a central feeding system becomes more economical both in labor and in total maintenance.
