Blue Air DMS Module Central Dehumidification

DMS Module is the central system version of DMS technology. It supplies dry air not to a single machine but to entire production lines; the process air is between 5,000 and 15,000 Nm³/h.

When a central system?

If many machines working with cold molds stand side by side in the same hall, supplying the line from a single system instead of putting a separate dehumidification unit on each machine can be a tidier solution. The dry air is distributed through ducts to the mold areas of the machines. The single-unit solution is described on the DMS page.

Planning

In a central system, what decides it is the total air requirement of the mold areas on the line and the duct route. When the number of machines, the mold sizes and the hall layout are shared, the air volume and the duct structure are determined together.
