Michel Vario Station

The Michel Vario Station (Vario-Station) is a vertically positioned, space-saving coupling station. Its frame is made of solid, welded stainless steel, and a single frame serves all diameters (Ø 40.0 / 45.0 / 50.0 mm).

With the Vario Station, material distributors can be planned to be more ergonomic and to take up less space. The inlet heights are in line with the widely used Michel Vario Table system; therefore a Vario Table and a Vario Station can be combined with each other.

The system is built on building block (modular) logic and is configured in four steps:

1. Frame (Gestell) — stainless steel frame with 4, 6 or 8 inlets and 6 outlets 2. Tube Distributor (Rohrverteiler) — a stainless steel modular set with 1–6 outlets (tube clamps and pipe connectors included) 3. Cover Sheet (Blende) — aluminum, chosen according to the number of inlets 4. Hose Coupling — lever (Camlock), screw or cap-protected quick coupling options

The couplings are suitable for one-hand use in tight spaces and their contacting parts are stainless steel. The equipment can later be changed and extended as required.
