Michel Vario Table

The Michel Vario Table is a flexible modular (building block) system for the coupling station; it allows all future extensions and modifications. The table is a multi-part construction consisting of a welded and fitted, ready-to-install frame (Gestell) and the inlet level flutes (Flöte).

10 different frame (Gestell) options are available; all are supplied welded and fitted, ready to install. On the frame, laser-machined mounting points are ready for transport and for future extensions (cover sheet, coding holders).

All the tables are the same height; this means they can be positioned side by side or one behind the other without the working height changing. The center distance between frames is fixed, so the Michel Vario Table can be extended with additional frames as far as you like.

As standard the table has two inlet levels (Einlaufebenen); each level can be fitted in any material with diameters of Ø 40.0 / 45.0 / 50.0 / 60.3 mm. Thanks to a special locking suspension system, the material and the flutes can later be changed and re-hung easily. The two levels can be connected to each other with Y-pieces. Sheets, platforms and other add-on parts are completely freely configurable.

In short, a Michel Vario Table coupling station can be configured and quoted in a short time; the dimensions can be taken into account as early as the planning stage.
