Digicolor Granule Container C-180 / C-300 / C-700 / C-1250

Four sizes for medium and large-volume granulate storage: C-180, C-300, C-700 and C-1250. All parts and surfaces in contact with the granulate are stainless.

Two footprints, four volumes

C-180 and C-300 share the same footprint (650 × 665 mm); only their heights differ. The same applies to C-700 and C-1250 (1070 × 1070 mm). In other words, while the space set aside in the plant stays the same, you can increase the volume through height. This is what decides the matter when planning the layout.

Choice of suction port

One or more suction ports can be fitted to the granulate outlet. On the C-180 and C-300 the diameter is 40 or 50 mm, on the C-700 and C-1250 40, 50 or 60 mm. More than one port makes it possible to feed more than one machine or line from the same container.

With these ports the container is connected directly to the central feeding line. The large sizes are used as the source store of the central feeding system.

Options

On all four sizes a hinged lid and a stainless filling grid are options. The C-180 and C-300 can also be supplied on casters; these sizes are also used as a mobile day bin beside the machine.
