The EAS EIT Inspection Table is designed for molds up to 6 tons. The EIT table allows the mold to be opened and closed quickly during production for maintenance, repair, cleaning, preparation for injection or assembly. Every type of mold can be used on these tables; a large number of options are available for optimum efficiency and safety.
How does it work? EIT inspection units are very easy to use: they offer one fixed and one moving platen, and allow 360° rotation of the moving platen. To increase safety, the positions can be locked. The mold can be opened and closed within a few seconds and all parts of the mold can be reached. The inspection unit allows a single operator to carry out inspection, cleaning and repair without any other help. Many options, including test functions, can be integrated into the control.
Bracket options: Three versions — magnetic, mechanical and forged; EAS helps you determine the most suitable solution according to the maximum weight of the mold and the installation.
Area of use: Wherever expensive tools must be handled safely, such as injection and blow molds, sheet metal dies and die casting tools.
