Mold Inspection Unit

Maintain your expensive tools safely and easily. Molds and press tools should be inspected and serviced far more efficiently than with jacks, crowbars and cranes, which are slow and at times dangerous. With Inspection Units, tools can be opened and turned safely.

How it differs from the EIT inspection table: Inspection units are hydraulically driven, rail-guided opening/turning systems for larger and heavier molds; they can be integrated into fully automatic mold change systems.

Key equipment:

• Safety platforms, light beam fencing and a safety mat
• Central or platen ejector
• Mold test functions and remote control
• Hydraulic or magnetic mold clamping systems
• Special drilling patterns (special platen layouts)

Area of use: In maintenance and service departments — for injection and blow molds and sheet metal dies.
