EPT / EFM Heavy Load Transporter

Seeing that factories need transport solutions that can adapt to different environments, EAS developed the innovative products EAS Pallet Transporter (EPT) and EAS Flex Mover (EFM) to solve this problem. Flexible, easy to use and precise, the Mover series is an efficient system designed to the requirements of your project.

How does it work? It is a pneumatic lifting platform with a remote control, a built-in compressor and an air filter. Thanks to its built-in battery it can be used for a long time without needing to be charged. Polyurethane wheels carry your heavy load wherever you want; it can be supplied together with a pallet detection system and a colored LED identification strip.

Maneuverability: Forward, reverse and cornering movements as well as sideways movements; 360° rotation thanks to the centered axle. The EFM can move in every possible direction (omnidirectional).

Safety equipment:

• Protective strip for the transport covering
• Option to disconnect and lock out the power connections
• Emergency stop (E-stop) at the rear — on the EFM, an E-stop and lighting at every corner
• Integrated lifting points and protective covers that close off access to the wheels
