ESR Mold Storage Rack

The ESR (EAS Storage Rack) drawer-type storage rack is designed for safe storage and handling of molds and tools. The bottom and middle shelves can be pulled out; this gives direct access from above (by crane) to the stored parts. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be added to, extended and adjusted to changing needs in the future.

All sliding shelves are equipped with a special locking mechanism that can easily be operated by one person — for operational safety. The shelves are delivered with front safety lips/edges and are fully adjustable in vertical pitch.

The upright base plate has the largest footprint for this type of product; it spreads the load over the finished floor and allows higher shelf loads to be reached. Leveling plates (max. 5 mm) are supplied for leveling the rack correctly.

Area of use: In maintenance and service departments — for tools such as injection and blow molds and sheet metal dies.
