The Mold Documentation Software is a central platform that collects data from all TP series hot runner control units on your company network.
It manages, displays and prints molds, mold diagnostic records and temperature curves from a single point. In this way a record is kept of which mold runs with which parameters, which faults have occurred in the past and how the temperature behavior has changed.
Especially in production that requires quality documentation and process validation, it removes the need to go to each machine to collect data.

Gathering scattered data in one place
If a plant has dozens of molds and more than one control unit, the information on which mold runs with which parameters usually sits scattered inside the units. The mold documentation software (mould server) centralizes this information by collecting data from all TP series units on the company network.
What it provides

It makes recurring faults visible
On the screen of a single unit an alarm looks routine. In the central record, however, it becomes apparent that the same zone of the same mold has been raising alarms for months — the clearest sign that a heater inside the mold has reached the end of its life. Trends of this kind can only be seen when the data is kept together.
Installation and scope
The software (600-01-01) runs over the network and communicates with the TP series units. When used together with the RFID mold reader, mold identification and data loading become fully automatic. How mold maintenance records should be kept is explained in the mold maintenance article.
