Key solutions
RFID Mold Reader — You hold the reader against the mold and the data set for that mold is loaded automatically into the control unit. One tag (TAG) per mold is required. It shortens mold change and setup time.
Mold Documentation Software — Manages, displays and prints molds, mold diagnostics and temperature curves centrally from every TP series control unit on the company network.
Alarm Signal Lamp — Connects to the alarm contact of the TP series control unit; it gives an audible and visual warning on sensor break, leakage or a temperature outside the alarm band.
Mold Grounding Cable — For molds waiting in the repair area in an insulated position (usually on wooden beams) whose grounding is missing or inadequate.
