JETmaster TP Cable Holder

The Cable Holder keeps the mold connection cables tidy on the JETmaster TP control unit.

It can be fitted on either side of the unit; you can route the cables to the right or to the left according to your layout.

Cables trailing on the floor both shorten cable life and create a tripping hazard. The cable holder solves this problem simply and permanently.

The cost of loose cables

When the cables between the control unit and the mold are left untidy, they trail on the floor. The consequences are concrete: they are stepped on and crushed, they end up under forklift wheels, and they are strained at the socket when pulled. All of these strains lead to internal breaks, and an internal break is a fault that is hard to diagnose — the zone heats unsteadily and the heater is suspected first.

What it does

The cable holder keeps the cables gathered and suspended on the body of the unit. The fact that it can be fitted on either side of the unit allows the layout to be adapted to the position of the machine.

The gain at a mold change

Cables that are gathered tidily are cables that do not have to be sorted out one by one at a mold change. It looks like a small convenience, but in a plant making several mold changes a day it shows up in the total time. In addition, the cables not getting tangled with one another also reduces the risk of plugging into the wrong socket.

Use together

When used together with the equipment trolley, the unit, cables and accessories are gathered into a single mobile arrangement. For units stacked on top of each other the sliding stop mounting kit should also be added.
