Safety Switches
Guard safety switches, limit switches and pressure switches.
Safety switches tell the machine that the guard really is closed. Without this circuit the machine will not close the mold — it is the last layer protecting the operator’s hands.
Bridging, shorting out or improvising a temporary fix is not acceptable on these parts. Continuing production with a faulty safety switch is not only a risk but a legal liability. In case of failure it is replaced with the original equivalent.

- Movement stopping late when the guard is opened
