A belt, not a screw — an end to the pulsing effect

The ONE uses a belt instead of a screw, tube or pocket. In conventional screw or pocket feeders the material advances intermittently (in pulses); this leads to dosing deviation and to consuming more additive than necessary. The belt of the ONE carries the material in a continuous and steady flow. The steadier the flow, the more precise the dosing — and that means direct cost saving for the customer.

Light design, a 3 kg load cell

Thanks to the light design and the use of a special type of plastic, the weight of the dosing unit is kept extremely low. This makes it possible to use an unprecedentedly small load cell of only 3 kg. The smaller the load cell, the more precise the weighing; this is the secret of the ONE's extraordinary accuracy. The precision of 6 times the market standard comes from this lightweight engineering approach.

A wide capacity range — 0.1 to 25 kg/h

The patented dosing section works between 0.1 kg/h and 25 kg/h with no change of parts. From low-dosage color (masterbatch) applications to high throughput additive feeding, a single unit meets the whole requirement; there is no need to stock different screws or parts.

EasyClean System — material change in seconds

The EasyClean System lets you make material and color changes in seconds. The dosing section opens easily, is cleaned and put back into service. In businesses that change color/recipe frequently it minimizes downtime and raises efficiency.

Intuitive control — anyone can use it

The ONE is extremely user-friendly; the aim has been for as many people as possible to be able to work with the machine. A practical start-up wizard explains the commissioning step by step, and the built-in user guide provides guidance during operation. On the modern and intuitive touch interface, the recipe name, material, batch ID, shot weight, dosing percentage, dosing time and dosing rate are set easily.

Seamless integration into the production line

The ONE mounts directly on the feed throat of injection molding and extrusion machines. Freely accessible production data can be used for optimization and line integration. With its compact stainless steel body it takes up minimum space on the line.
