In our day, when medical technology is developing rapidly, precision and cleanliness are critical. The DKM-MX series are advanced plastic injection molding machines designed specifically for medical applications. They answer the growing needs of the healthcare sector by producing high quality, safe and economical medical solutions.
| Feature | Value |
|---|---|
| Clamping Force | 1,300-4,500 kN (130-450 tons) |
| Structure | Two-Platen |
| Drive | Hybrid (Hydraulic + Electric) |
| Application | Medical device and component production |

It meets the strict cleanliness requirements of medical applications. Low particle emission, hygienic design, operation suited to a cleanroom environment.
Thanks to a fast injection speed and a short cycle time, productivity is maximized and production time is minimized.
Wide mold compatibility — it provides flexibility in producing different medical devices and components.
Low power consumption with energy saving technologies, cost saving and environmental sustainability.
In general production outside cleanroom and medical work, the precision equipment of the MX can raise the cost unnecessarily. For the whole range see the complete machine range page.
In medical and cleanroom production what is decisive is not speed but repeatability and cleanliness. That a syringe barrel or a connector comes out at the same dimension across thousands of pieces matters more than a single part being perfect. The MX series is designed according to this order of priority.
MX combines servo all-electric with hydraulics in the same machine. Movements requiring precision are handled by the electric side, those requiring high force by the hydraulic side. The two-platen structure shortens the body — and in cleanroom applications the volume occupied is a direct cost, so this matters.
In a cleanroom installation, decisions are needed beyond the machine itself: the risk of hydraulic oil leakage, particle generation, and whether the machine will be recessed into the wall or positioned entirely inside the room. These decisions have to be settled at the project stage.
In general purpose production the precision equipment of the MX raises the cost unnecessarily. In the same tonnage band EH is a hybrid alternative and SV an economical general purpose solution. For a comparison see the series table on the all injection molding machine series page.
